UPCOMING CLASSES.....

~Mother/Daughter Class:

Starting Friday March 9th from 6:15-7:15p.m. we will be offering Mother/Daughter children's yoga. The first Friday class will be children ages 8-11. We will be offering Mother/daughter classes once a month, changing the children's ages so you can have a night out with each daughter!

~Chair Yoga: Easton Yoga Center would like to announce a free CHAIR YOGA class on Saturday, March 3rd from 2-3:15.

Come join us as we practice all the wonderful relaxing and gentle moves of yoga, but utilizing our chair for extra stability.  This is a great class for folks new to Yoga, but not certain they have the stability or balance. Chair Yoga is also a great class for people who may be at their desk for long periods of time and would like to learn Yoga poses to alleviate the stiffness from being in a chair all day have an existing yoga practice and .  Class size is limited. Please register in advance.

~Introduction to Yoga : ( Beginners) Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:15 with Marie.

Bring questions and concerns to this introduction to yoga class...a great way to incorporate yoga into your life!

$10.00 drop in fee.
